I started Silver Swan because I saw how often luxury homes were being mismanaged — and how often owners were overpaying for it.

Most short-term rental managers charge 20–30% of your revenue, then outsource the work and disappear when it matters. That’s not management — that’s a cut. I wanted to build something different. At Silver Swan, we offer flat-fee, full-service management for a small group of high-end homeowners who expect more. No commissions. No chaos.
